hahaha i am reading this blog for the first time whilst lying on the couch dead beat from serving what seemed like seven thousand crazy heavy plates this evening, maneuvering myself around poorly-placed chairs that necessitated me having to say "sorry!" "behind you!" aka "if you move one fucking inch backwards this ribeye will be landing on your head!"
